"King Air (Garland, TX) did an excellent job on installing my new system. First, Dale came out on a Saturday morning, a time that was convenient for me instead of for him, and stayed for nearly two hours going over my condo and discussing options. Second, everything from providing necessary info to my condo association to setting up additional services (crane to lift old unit from roof/lift new one in place) was done so that on Friday morning everyone showed up at the scheduled time. Third, he quoted a very good price for the equipment and installation, but even more important he gave me an excellent price on a TRANE Clean Effects air cleaning system. My home has significantly less dust since the Clean Effects system was installed. Finally, everyone I worked with, Dale, the secretary, the installers, were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Many of the other contractors I had bid for the job were in and out within 30 minutes - a few quick questions, here's what we suggest, here's the price, and call us when you're ready to install.
