King Air Quality Assurance
- The lead technician does the quality assurance audit
- The lead technician takes pictures of the finished installation
- Both the quality assurance audit and the pictures are reviewed and graded
- While the installations are in progress, we perform random jobsite inspections
- We follow up. Either by phone or mail, we ask you to tell us about your installation experience
- In most cases, the manufacturer will survey. If you choose to participate, we receive feedback from the manufacturer's survey.
- The installation teams are graded based on the audit, pictures, inspections, your feedback, surveys, and other criteria
- The installation teams are rewarded when the installation meets our high standards and our customers are VERY satisfied
- When we do find something we missed, we make the correction as soon as possible
